Restore, Refocus & Refresh
More than a prayer call. A morning gathering around the Word, led by the Holy Spirit, for the first twelve days of every month.
Twelve mornings a month, beginning at six.
It is early. People are asked to sit up and get their notebooks, because lying down is how you fall back asleep. Then the Word is opened.
- Worship and prayerThe first minutes belong to the Lord: praise and worship, praying in the Spirit, a song, or a reading from Scripture, as the Holy Spirit leads.
- The WordA different speaker teaches each morning. Every speaker follows the theme the Holy Spirit has given for that month.
- Response and prayerTime for questions and comments on what was taught, so those newer to the Word learn alongside those who are mature. Then prayer, with faith already raised by hearing.
Faith comes by hearing.
The ministry teaches before it prays on purpose. Hearing the Word of God raises the level of faith in the room, and prayer that expects a result needs faith behind it.
Twelve days of teaching from different voices on one theme gives the month a shape. People often leave the call saying the same thing: that was good. That was a good meal.
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

The ground the retreat is being built on.
Restore, Refocus & Refresh is the platform Jean was told to establish. It began with five people and has gathered for about four years.
Ministers, pastors, evangelists and believers join from across the country, most from east of the Mississippi, some from as far as Texas and California. Some of them teach. All of them are the community the future retreat is being prepared for.

How to take part
The ministry meets by phone and online. The dial-in details for this page are being confirmed with the ministry. Until then, use the Connect page to say you would like to join.
Meetings stay on StartMeeting for now.
The mornings continue on StartMeeting while a member space is prepared. When it is ready, the meeting link will be reachable from inside it, so nobody has to learn a new way to join.
